Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders will be shipped from Ottawa, Canada within 5-7 business days via Canada Post express services. A tracking number will be provided when your order has shipped. For shipping within Canada please allow 10 business days from the order date for delivery. For shipping to the continental United States please allow 12 business days from the order date for delivery. For International orders (excluding the continental United States) a delivery date estimate will be provided 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the artwork in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of the date the purchase was received. The buyer must assume the cost of the return postage.

Please contact us before returning any items.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. Refunds will be processed after receiving and checking the condition of the returned good.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Import Duties / Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or damaged during transport, please notify us immediately. All shipments are insured.
